Who we are
FilmmakerHub is a non-profit community of people who make films. Questions about this policy go to genery.blog@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send a question through the form we receive the name, email address and message you enter. We use them only to answer you and, where the answer is useful to others, to publish an article that never includes your personal details.
Like most sites we use analytics (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) to understand which articles are read and how the site performs. These tools set cookies; you can block them in your browser without losing access to any content. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard technical logs for security.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell or rent personal data. It is processed by the services that run the site (Cloudflare for hosting, Google for analytics, Prismic for content) and by nobody else. Questions are kept for as long as we need them to answer and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted at any time by writing to the address above.
